Ingredients: Organic white tea, organic blue lotus, organic rose, organic chrysanthemum, lavender, and cinnamon

Brew notes: For tea sachets simply pour 185 f water over a tea sachet in your favorite mug.

For loose leaf add one tbs of tea in an infuser set on top of a mug or pot pour 8 ounces of 185 f water over the infuser into your favorite pot or mug.
